To apply for the universities in abroad, you should be in the third or final year if you are studying. For USA, you have to write both GRE and TOEFL. You should score at least 310 out of 340 in GRE in order to get in top universities. 79 and above will be sufficient in TOEFL, But if you wish to get Research Assistantship and Teaching Assistantship then you should score 100+ in TOEFL. But 80 in TOEFL will be sufficient for US VISA. Apart from these two exams, try to get good grades in your Bachelor's degree. If possible try to do internships, projects and try to present technical papers. Remember, your overall profile matters a lot.

That would depend on what specialization you opted for. For example, the salary of a Data Analyst will be a lot more than a Software Engineer. Since there are lots of fields of employment to choose from within the scope of Computer Sciences, this question can have different answers.
Overall, computer Science related jobs are growing and there is a lot of demand for highly skilled professionals in US.

Hi
While SAT+ TOEFL are the two basic ones, you may take subject based SAT to make your profile better. There are APs (Advanced Placement) Programmes too to get you some credits before you join a course in USA. You may get all info at collegeboard.org.

Hello Chandini, you must take SAT to study in US. It is not mandatory in UK. If you have completed your 12th you must prepare for the exams without delay. TOEFL or IELTS would be required. To apply, you must use common app portal for US applications and UCAS for UK.applications. Please visit the websites of UCAS and Commonapp for details.
