Dear Manish,
Scholarships are always given on merit-basis, which means it is competitive and awarded to students with an outstanding profile. US Universities are quite generous, when it comes to financial grants and scholarships. Dear Sayantan,
Scholarships in USA are awarded by the universities on merit-basis strictly. It is hard to say which university will give you one but if you do have an all-rounded profile with excellent academics and impressive extra curricular activities you can be pretty sure of a scholarship.

Hello Yasha,
The procedure is different from other programs. You must definitely take GRE and TOEFL. In addition, you must check which university has or offers research work in your area. You must write to the department supervisor and share your research interest and proposal, you can apply if they like your research proposal. Communicating with them is important here.

Try to get 80% in 12th if you want to go in reputed university in USA but anyways 75% is also good. After your 12th you need to give GRE and TOEFL exam if you want to go in engineering from abroad.
All the best for your boards exam.

All of these countries are the best for civil engineering. The best country is US because most of the top universities in the world are from US. (Like MIT, Harvard, Stanford, Yale, Priceton, and many more). Also, placement (incomes) are higher than other. So, I will suggest US.

I think you need minimum 70 marks. In some universities marks not accepted as they only accept the entrance exam marks.
