Both are same. However, in recent NIRF ranking Mizoram University has good rank than Burdwan University. However, Burdwan is an old university so peoples prefer. But, from my view Mizoram is better, as it is a central university plus JEE rank is high out here.

As per the insights, JIIT is said to be better but in my opinion NIT is NIT be it in Mizoram or Delhi. Moreover, some factors do play a role but if u have enough talent u can succeed well. Afterlife is more important.

One NIT is in Sikkim and same for Mizoram. However, these NITs are quite low ranked due to various factors. Still, it’s a prestigious college.
