Hello,
As you have done PG in Chemistry, there is a vast scope for you. Your NET rank is also good, so you can apply for lectureship. If you are interested in business, you can start your own business like the pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, etc.

With less than 3, it is difficult to get into Canadian Universities. They are academically oriented. They would also consider IELTS or TOEFL and your GRE scores. To get admission to university, you need to have academic profile of 65-70 percent.

Yes, you can easily get that college, but the problem is that you can get much better college than the BBDIT, as with this rank, you can easily get ABES and many other colleges.

You are eligible to get admission. You can try for USA universities. But, it would also depend on your TOEFL and GRE scores as well. It also which course you are opting for.

Hi,
Yes, you can study abroad. But, everything will depend on the eligibility criteria of the universities. International applicants must also take some exams like SAT TOEFL etc.
