At this period of time, there may be chances that all the seats are filled but you can call the admission cell of college to know whether there are tentative seats left or all are occupied.

Yes, aeronautical engineering has a good scope for girls as you can work in reputed companies such as Airbus as a production engineer and you can get decent packages. So, don't think about such ideas if you are interested, then go for it.

Both the branches are same. It all depends on your interest and career choice that what branches do you want. All the branches are best in my view.
