Actually, it's a very good option to opt for aeronautical engineering. The placement scope is improving daily with new skills and equipment. As its a very different and difficult subject, you need to work hard.

NMIT is the best college for aeronautical engineering in Bangalore. Even I'm pursuing in this college its having good academic reputation with well developed equipments and qualified lecturers.

SGSITS is a good college so instead of preparing for JEE you can either opt for CAT so that new opportunities will be available for you.

It also provides a degree and Diploma as well. You can get all your basics in this engineering level and you try doing it practically. So, it helps you in further studies.
