2- Uttar Pradesh Textile Technology Institute
3- Government Engineering College, Kannauj

It is slightly difficult but you can NIT in the 5th or 6th round in eastern states (not with very good branch). You can try for IIITs- it will be better. But if your home state is HP, WB, or Madhya Pradesh, you can get NIT easily through HS quota.
