Yes, you can get admission to SECE - Sri Eshwar College of Engineering for BE/BTech programme if you have 60% marks in Class 12. The basic eligibility for admission to the SECE BE/BTech programme is having 45% marks in Class 12. But there is a compulsion to have mathematics, chemistry, and physics as compulsory subjects in Class 12.

No, you cannot join IITs through lateral entry after a diploma. Institutes like Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and other Indian Institutes of Technology only admit students into B.Tech (including aeronautical/aerospace) through the regular first-year route via Joint Entrance Examination Advanced, after qualifying Joint Entrance Examination Main.
