To be eligible for admission to Vimal Jyothi Engineering College (VJEC) in Kerala, candidates must qualify in the Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination (KEAM). 

Eligibility

Citizenship

Indian citizen, person of Indian origin (PIO), or overseas citizen of India (OCI)

Exam

Pass the Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, or equivalent examinations

Subjects

Physics and Mathematics are compulsory subjects, Chemistry is optional with at least 45% marks

Some say that the food quality in the hostel mess at Vimal Jyothi Engineering College (VJEC) in Kannur is decent and tasty: 

Megha K Augustine: Says the food from the mess is okay and the hostel facilities are super 

Shiksha.com: Says the college canteen provides food of decent quality and taste 

Ashik M: Says the canteen has hot food and a coolbar that is famous for falooda 

VJEC also has smart classrooms and a well-developed library. Some say the campus atmosphere is amazing and the hostel life is superb.

As per the NIRF Report 2024, the median salary for PG two-year engineering programme stood at INR 14 LPA. A total of 308 students were placed in IIT Delhi M.Tech placements 2022-23. 

This was an improvement from the median salary in M.Tech from the year 2022-23, as the median salary in 2022-23 placements stood at INR 12.5 LPA. Therefore, median salaries in M.Tech placements in IIT Delhi are showing a rising trend.

No, MHT CET is not the only entrance exam accepted for BTech at KIT College of Engineering. Eligible candidates can appear and qualify for JEE Main entrance exam. All the JEE Main qualifiers will be exempted from appearing in MHT CET. Moreover, such candidates can register for CET Counselling process for the final seat allotment directly.

Admission to BTech course at KIT College of Engineering is completely entrance-based. Candidates either need to qualify for either MHT CET or JEE Main entrance exams. Moreover, candidates who qualify any one of the exam can participate in the CET counselling process for the final seat allotment.

No, direct admission is not valid for M.Tech at KIT College of Engineering. Candidates need to appear and qualify for GATE entrance exam in order to secure a seat to the programme. They also need to fulfil the minimum eligibility requirements of the programme, i.e., Pass graduation in Engineering/Technology (4 years after Class 12 or 3 years after BSc/ Diploma in Engineering/Technology).

To apply for a B.E. or B.Tech at Bhajarang Engineering College, you can:

Pass a Diploma in a relevant stream from a recognised institute if you are applying for a lateral entry program 

B.Tech is a four-year undergraduate course that offers many specializations, including computer science, electronics and communication, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and civil engineering.
