No, you cannot get admission to the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology (CIPET) in Chennai for a B.E. or B.Tech course without TNEA: 

To get admission to CIPET, you must fill out the TNEA application form. 

TNEA ranks candidates based on their scores in the qualifying exam. 

Shortlisted candidates can participate in TNEA counseling and choose their preferences to get admission to CIPET. 

Admission is based on the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) counseling guidelines. 

The entry qualification for the B.E. or B.Tech course at CIPET is 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.

Candidates will have to appear for the CEETA PG and then get themselves counselled to get admitted to an M.Tech at Chennai Institute of Technology (CIT). Online application is free,  but a fee is charged. After payment of the application fee, candidates can apply for CEETA PG. This will include visiting the official website of CEETA PG,  creating an account with some details like the name, email, and date of birth,  logging in, and filling up the form wherein the candidate would be required to fill up details relating to personal, educational, and examination information. After the questionnaire is completed,  applicants must review and submit the fully and carefully completed form to complete the application.

For B.E./B.Tech at Sai Spurthi Institute of Technology (SSIT, Khammam), eligibility criteria include: Minimum 10 + 2 examination with percentage Graduate percentage in Physics Math, Chemistry 45% for general & 40% for SC/St/OBC candidates. TS EAMCET rank is mandatory. Applicants should have passed in 10 plus 2 exam with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology. Upper age limit is 30 years for all Other Castes and 34 years for BC/SC/ST candidates. Percentage of seats for lateral entry for Diploma holders are : 20%. TS EAMCET cut-off ranks: 107287-161577. Intake: 540 seats divided in six branches namely CSE, ECE, EEE, ME Civil and IT. Duration: 4 years.

The students seeking admission to the first year of B.E./B.Tech course in S.D. College of Engineering and Technology are admitted through Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) counseling (85 percentage) and management quota (15 percentage). When considering the rank obtained in JEE Main, it is not compulsory. Those candidates who scored 45% marks in 10+2 exam (40% for SC/ST) with Physics, chemistry and math are eligible to apply. UPSEE rank is preferred but there is also management quota direct admission is also possible. Application acceptance rates are approximately 70% – 80%. About a total of 600 seats for these programmes are offered each year.

During the B.E./B.Tech application process at RVS College of Engineering and Technology, candidates must submit the following documents: The documents needed are original 10+2 marksheet and photo copy (50% aggregate), rank card JEE Main/ JCECE, Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate, Migration Certificate, Aadhaar Card, five passport-sized photographs, income certificate for reserved category, caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC category, physically challenged certificate if applicable and anti-ragging affidavit. Candidates must attach their recent photograph, complete the Skills assessment form-cum-application form for which they have to pay a fee of INR 500-1000, and submit a photocopy of the fee deposited. Total documents required: 10-12.
