It has become mandatory for students seeking M.Tech admissions in L. D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad, to either possess a GATE score or a Gujarat PGCET score.

They do not need to take the Gujarat PGCET exam since they can be directly eligible for admission using the GATE score. However, for entrance into the M.Tech courses of L.D. College, they do need to pass with the prescribed cut off from the Gujarat PGCET for this. Such courses include M.Tech in Computer Science, M.Tech in Environmental Management, M.Tech in Rubber Technology among others. As a rule, the cutoff for M.Tech admission would vary from one field of specialisation t

With an 88% in your 12th grade, and an 86 percentile in JEE Mains 2024, you can get admission to CSE at SASTRA University. It's quite tough as the competition is enormous for this branch, but it is possible.

The process at SASTRA is rather interestingly different: 70% of the seats for this CSE programme are filled based on a composite score comprising 25% JEE Mains and 75% 12th board marks, while for the rest, 30%, admittance is based purely on board marks. Generally speaking, candidates having a JEE Main percentile of more than 90 and scoring more than 95% in boards have a higher chance at getting a seat in the CSE branch.

Generally speaking, for a GATE score of 361, the chances for M.Tech in Structural Engineering at NIT Jamshedpur would depend on one's category admission and the cut-off marks for that specific year.

For a general category student the cut-off marks for Structural Engineering generally are quite high and range closer to 401 marks in the successive years. On the other hand, if you are belonging to any of OBC, SC or ST categories, then you may be able to make it, cut-offs are lower for these categories.

Of course, the admission is CCMT counseling based on GATE score, other aspects being availability of seats and competition using that

Yes, you will get admission at Brindavan College of Engineering (BCE) for B.E. / B.Tech course without the COMEDK UGET through direct admission, often referred to as management quota also. While the major modes of entry are entrance tests like COMEDK UGET or KCET, even students who failed to qualify, or have no interest to take these exams can seek to get into the management quota seats. Eligible; Direct admission; it depends on the institution; mostly with higher fees compared to the regular quota. Details: Contact the admissions office to find out the procedure followed and the requirements involved in obtaining admission.
