The Mains result dates for admission at Dr. M.C. Saxena Group of Colleges (MCSGOC) are usually in line with the dates announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA). In general, the results of JEE Main are declared after a couple of weeks following the exam that is conducted twice in the calendar year - once in January and again in April. The scores can be seen on the JEE Main official website, with rank and score of the candidates. Scores of JEE Main are used by MCSGOC for admission to courses of B.E. / B.Tech besides state or management quota options for students who are eligible under these.

However, as a general entry through the entrance exam, UPSEE or any other such recognised exam, as per the admission policy of the college, is recommended.
