No there is no AICTE-approved distance B.Tech in Electrical or EEE in India.

This is very important to understand clearly. In India, bodies like AICTE and UGC do not allow B.Tech to be offered in distance or fully online mode because engineering requires labs, practical training, and hands-on work. 

In fact, it has been clearly stated that distance B.Tech degrees are not valid and are not recognised for jobs, higher studies, or government exams.  Even the Supreme Court and AICTE have confirmed that universities cannot run B.Tech in distance mode.

If you are looking for the best university in Delhi for B.Tech in ECE or EEE, then the top choice is the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. It offers excellent academics, research exposure, and very high placement packages, making it the most prestigious option. Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University accepts the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET entrance examination results for admission to the BTech course. The cutoff gets released for various HS quota categories. 

For the General HS category, the cutoff ranged between 56318 and 85241 for the B.Tech. in Dairy Technology course. Students should note that other categories will have different cutoffs. For more information, click here.

The rank u need to get admission at Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University would depend entirely on your category.  

For the General category, the maximum rank admissible was 85241 for the B.Tech. in Dairy Technology. This course had an overall cutoff ranging from 56318 to 85241

Note - Other categories will have different cutoffs accordingly.
