WBJEE 2026 registration last date is yet to be announced. Candidates will have to fill and submit online WBJEE application form before final date to be registered for exam.

No, there is no provision for conducting WBJEE twice a year. WBJEEB has always conducted WBJEE as an annual one day examination. If there is any change in exam pattern, it will be announced online.

With 87% in Class 12, getting ECE at Thapar University is unlikely through board-marks alone.
ECE admissions are mainly based on JEE Main rank, while Class 12 marks are only for eligibility.
In board-merit rounds, ECE cutoffs usually go 93–95%+ PCM.
So, 87% isn't enough by itself — a strong JEE Main score is the realistic way to secure ECE.
