No, LPU generally does not offer direct admission for B.Tech CSE. Students need to meet the eligibility criteria, which includes at least 60 percent in 12th with Physics, Mathematics, and English, along with qualifying either LPUNEST or JEE Main. Admission is based on these entrance scores rather than direct entry. However, the process is not very restrictive, so if you meet the criteria and apply on time, getting admission is quite achievable.

Yes, with a JEE Main rank of 31,759 and 84.8 percent in 12th, you are eligible for BTech CSE at LPU since the basic requirement is around 60 percent in 10+2 with PCM and qualifying JEE Main or LPUNEST. Your profile is comfortably above the minimum criteria, so admission is quite likely.
As for seats, older data mentions around 480 seats including CSE and its integrated/honours variants, but this number can change over time as intake increases. LPU usually has a relatively higher intake in CSE compared to many universities.
However, seats can fill quickly, so early application is important. Also, your JEE score may help you get some schol
