If you ask me then yes, ITM University, Raipur is considered a good option for engineering studies, but not the best one. Here are few reason why it is a good option for engineering as the university focuses on practical, hands-on learning with well-equipped labs and workshops. It also have experienced faculty and talking about the ranking it is among the top engineering colleges in the Raipur region.

Admission in VJTI are done purely on the basis of merit of MHTCET for engineering courses through CAP allotment by CET cell Maharashtra. So chances of getting admission through JEE Main rank you obtained are very low.

Yes, of course. A student of class 12th in Arts can pursue a Polytechnic course. The minimum eligibility criteria for any polytechnic course is to have passed class 10th from a recognised board. Thus, you are good to go.
