BTech is a total four-year flagship course each comprising two semesters. Each semester shall have teaching for 90 working days as prescribed by AICTE from time to time. The tution fee structure for the course ranges from INR 35.6 K to INR 12.5 L. AKTU offers BTech at campus in five specialisations through the Institute of Engineering and Technology. AKTU also offers BTech in 41 specialisations through affiliated colleges. The four-year curriculum of BTech has been divided into eight semesters and includes lectures, tutorials, practicals, seminars, projects, etc. Candidates should have passed Class 12 from UP board/ CBSE or any other equivalent board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and a minimum of 45% aggregate in Class 12 (40% for SC/ ST candidates) to apply for BTech course.
