No you cannot get direct admission at Central University of Karnataka for B.Tech Electrical Engineering.
Central University of Karnataka comes under Central University and it takes certain entrance exams such as JEE or CUET UG, college can also take GD (not common).
For BTech, CUK is accepting both CUET-UG and JEE scores. For the courses BTech in Electronics and Communication and BTech in Electrical Engineering, 50% of seats will be filled on merit in the NTA-CUET (UG).

On the other hand the PCCOE's also provide campus placement with around 80 to 90% selection rate in the college.

Yeah, to get admission to Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering for M.Tech, it is suitable if you have to qualifying GATE that is conducted by Indian Institute of TEchnology.
Otherwise You have to Gradute in Bachlor of Technology (B.Tech) & 50 % marks in Graduation for reserved catagory 45% marks in Graduation.

Well it is one of the best University in Jharkhand . It was ranked 2nd in Jharkhand
For Engineering it is in top 5 in jharkhand and in top 70 in INDIA .
Ranchi university offers 9 specialisation in B.Tech and also its placement are quite good.Based on that is one of the top choice for students to pursue B.Tech in affordable fees .

The basic criterion for admission to M.Tech programmes in Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering, Pune includes that the candidate should have passed a bachelor's degree in the relevant field of engineering and technology, with at least 50% marks. 45% in the case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra. should have obtained a score on the Graduates Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology.
To get admission in PCU you have to grab 2000-7000 rank in GATE.

There are total 9 specialisation in B.Tech at Ranchi University . Total no. of intake are not known as college didnt disclosed it but based on ex students it is more than 100 per branch considering all affiliate colleges seats also .

The cutoff trends for the top BTech courses at IIT Hyderabad over the past three years are as follows: BTech in Computer Science and Engineering: The cutoff closed at 674 in 2023, 608 in 2022, and 521 in 2021. BTech in Artificial Intelligence: The cutoff closed at 926 in 2023, 840 in 2022, and 676 in 2021.

Well the cutoff varies each year . Considering the amount of competition in these entrance examination cutoff cant be guessed. So I am sharing some trends of last two year based on that you can expect same trend this year also.
From 198764 in 2021 to 164360 in 2022 to 135582 in 2023, this was the change. The Ranchi University BTech in Mechanical Engineering cutoff for the All India General category ended at 103803 in 2023, up 24344 ranks from 2022 (128147 rank).

Ranchi University considers JEE MAINS and JCECE entrance examination scorecards for admission in Any B.Tech Branch.
If you meet all eligibility criteria then you just need to score good marks in the entrance examination.
Just be confident and prepare well for your examinations.
