The authorities conducted the SAEEE 2026 Phase I in April 2026. The SAEEE 2026 Phase II was conducted in May 2026. The authorities conducts the SAEEE 2026 in online test. All candidates need to qualify SAEEE for admissions into the BTech/BE courses offered by the institute.

SAEEE 2024 application form has been released online. Candidates can now access the SAEEE application form 2024 at .sathyabama.ac.in. The final date to register for SAEEE 2024 was April 6, 2024 (Phase I). The last date to apply for SAEEE 2024 Phase II was May 19, 2024. After the final date, the authorities will not accept any applications. Candidates filled out the SAEEE application form only in online mode. No other mode of application was accepted by the authorities.

No. Candidates are not required to submit a print of SAEEE application form to authorities. There is no requirement to send any printed forms/account statement/bank or institution challan copy, etc., unless otherwise requested by institution authorities. However, candidates are advised to note application form number, login username and password for future reference. In case the candidates forget their application form number, they are advised to contact authorities immediately.

Before SAEEE registrations, candidates must check official eligibility criteria. The list of criteria that candidates will have to meet for admissions through SAEEEE are as follows.

All candidates must be born on or after January 1, 2006. Must have passed qualifying exam with first class/grade either in March/April 2026, or must have appeared for the same in March/April 2026.  Candidates must have passed Class 12 qualifying (or equivalent) examination with Mathematics, Physics and any one of subjects (Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocationa

No. Candidates are advised to be careful while making payment of SAEEE application fee. If candidates end up paying SAEEE application fee twice, then it will not be refunded by authorities. Similarly, if candidates wish to withdraw the application, they will not be eligible for a refund. In case of any queries related to the fee payment, the candidates are advised to contact the authorities immediately.

Yes. Candidates could pay SAEEE application fee offline, but only for offline application form. To make the offline payment, candidates had to create a challan of the application fee and submit it at any one of the Indian Bank branches. Payment done from any other banks will not be accepted by the authorities. Candidates will have to ensure that payment is done and accepted before the final date so that the application form is submitted.

Hello Nishar Ahmed, UG Diploma in this autonomous Institute is of just six months duration. The basic criteria are also the most mundane i.e. Just a 12th pass with no minimum marks prescribed. Also there is no entrance examination for this course. One just needs to register online. Based on the marks of class 12th admissions are done. Perhaps due to these very relaxed entrance requirements, this institute has not declared any limitation on capacity of intake. This data is just not available on any webpage. So we can presume that, all those who apply will be given admission.
