LPU is kinda one of those larger private universities in India, with a 600+ acre campus , a diverse student body, modern infrastructure, industry collaborations and this overall push around placements and internships. For B.Tech CSE, it's generally seen as one of the more solid programs in the whole university lineup, with special tracks like AI & ML, Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, and a few more. When it comes to placements, LPU typically shares stats like 2,225+ recruiters, 6,000+ job offers, a highest CSE package of INR 64 LPA and an average package near INR 14.97 LPA for the top 10% of CSE students. Yeah, B.Tech CSE at LPU is something worth looking at, mainly if your aim is placements in the IT side, and you're actually ready to put in time for coding, projects, internships and interview prep. LPU's CSE route also has those special focus areas like AI, Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, and a few other nearby specializations, plus they keep pushing hackathons, coding contests, and work-with-industry style projects. The uni also mentions a top CSE package reaching INR 64 LPA, 1,500+ recruiters, 2,600+ Dream and Super Dream type offers, and an average around INR 14.97 LPA for the top 10% of CSE students. Yes, you might be eligible to apply for B.Tech CSE at Lovely Professional University, if you have cleared Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics and also satisfy whatever the university has as current eligibility conditions. With 57.4% in Class 12, you are kind of near the usual eligibility band for many B.Tech programs, but the final say can change based on the exact subject combination you studied, plus the admission rules for this ongoing session.

If you had PCM in Class 12 (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics), then it is a good idea to go for it and confirm your status by checking their admission portal, because that's where they

For B.Tech CSE at Lovely Professional University, the programme fee is ₹1.6 lakh per semester for the 2026 admission cycle, so that comes out to roughly INR 3.2 lakh per year, and near about INR 12.8 lakh in total for the full 4-year degree. Plus there is an examination fee and if you end up staying on campus then hostel/mess charges will also apply. The good thing here is that LPU gives out scholarships via LPUNEST, JEE Main, and Class 12 marks, and these can cut down the tuition fee by 30%, 40%, 50% or even more depending on eligibility. Like for instance, if you get a 50% scholarship, then your tuition fee becomes around INR 80,00

State Government colleges (like COEP Pune, VJTI Mumbai, and SGGSIE&T Nanded) reserve 100% of their seats for Maharashtra State (MS) Domicile candidates through the MHT CET CAP Portal.
  • The Catch: Outside Maharashtra State (OMS) candidates cannot get into state government colleges via JEE Main or MHT CET.
  • The Exception: National-tier institutes like IIT Bombay and VNIT Nagpur admit students from all states via JoSAA/CSAB counseling.

Yes, if you're having around 65% in CBSE Class 12 with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics), then you're usually fine to apply for B.Tech at Lovely Professional University… but only if you actually satisfy the exact subject conditions for that particular program. Most of the time LPU asks for Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, and also for the required aggregate percentage. Additionally, you can take LPUNEST, so you get a chance for scholarships and fee concessions. So, from the marks you shared, you should generally be eligible for admission into most B.Tech courses at LPU.

Yes, for a solid CSE student, trying to secure a package above INR 10 LPA at Lovely Professional University is pretty doable, like genuinely realistic. Almost every year, a bunch of CSE students get offers well beyond that figure, from companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini and some other top recruiters. LPU also mentions that the avg package for the top 10% of CSE students sits near INR 14.97 LPA, so it sort of suggests that students who have strong coding ability, solid projects, good internships, and decent interview prep often manage to get over the INR 10 LPA line. Of course, nobody can truly promise a f
