No, it is not compulsory to study 2 years abroad in B.Tech (Hons.) CSE at Lovely Professional University.
LPU does offer international exposure options like semester exchange programs or credit transfer (where you can study abroad for a period), but these are completely optional. You can complete your entire 4-year B.Tech degree on the LPU campus in India without any requirement to go abroad.
If you choose to go abroad, it's usually for extra exposure and only involves additional cost for your living; but it's based on your interest, not a compulsion.

Yes, with 67.2% in CBSE 12th, you can get admission in B.Tech (Hons.) CSE at Lovely Professional University, provided you had Physics, Mathematics, and English as subjects. LPU's minimum eligibility is usually around 60%, so your score meets the requirement.
You don't need to qualify Joint Entrance Examination Main for admission. You can apply directly based on your board marks. If you want a scholarship or fee reduction, you can also appear for LPUNEST. Overall, your marks are sufficient to secure a seat in CSE (Hons.).

Yes, with 113 marks in Joint Entrance Examination Main, you can definitely get a seat in B.Tech (Hons.) CSE at Lovely Professional University. LPU does not require a high JEE rank for admission; your 12th marks (with PCM) are the main eligibility criteria, and JEE score is an added advantage.
In fact, your score can also help you qualify for a scholarship, depending on the admission phase. You can apply directly for admission, and appearing for LPUNEST is optional but useful if you want to try for better fee benefits. Overall, getting a CSE (Hons.) seat with your profile should not be an issu

Yes, with 94.4% in CBSE 12th, you are clearly eligible for B.Tech (Hons.) CSE at Lovely Professional University. LPU mainly considers your 12th marks (with PCM) for eligibility, and your score is strong enough to comfortably secure admission in the CSE (Hons.) program.
Your Joint Entrance Examination Main scores are an added advantage, mainly for scholarship consideration rather than eligibility. You can also appear for LPUNEST if you want to maximize scholarship chances. Overall, with your profile, getting admission in CSE (Hons.) at LPU should not be an issue.

NO — you are NOT eligible for lateral entry (direct 2nd year) in ICT Mumbai.
ICT Mumbai does NOT offer lateral entry admission into B.Tech programs (including Food Engineering).
Even if you have a Diploma in Food Technology (like from Parul University), you cannot directly join 2nd year B.Tech there.
Admission is only through:
JEE Main
or MHT CET
You must apply for first-year B.Tech, not lateral entry.
