The total fee for the BTech programme at NIT Meghalaya is INR 5 lakh, Total fee is calculated based on annual/ semester fee available for the academic year 2022-23, hence is indicative. ST/SC & PH students are fully exempted from paying tuition fees, while the most economically backward students (whose family income is less than Rs.1.00 Lacs per annum) are granted full remission of the tuition fee. Other economically backward students, whose family income falls between Rs.1.00 to 5.00 Lacs per annum, are granted a remission of 2/3rd of the tuition fee.

NIT Meghalaya offers BTech programmes with a duration of four years. BTech programme at NIT Meghalaya is offered in provides five specialisations for the BTech programme, which include Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. The eligibility criteria for the BTech specialisations includes tweleve years of shcool education with 75% aggregate. National entrance exams is the source of admission for the BTech programme.

IIT Bhilai MTech application fee is Rs. 850 for females and reserved category. INR 1,700 for other candidates per paper. The application fees with late fee is INR 1,350 for females and reserved category students and INR 2,200 for others.

IIT Bhilai offers a two-year M.Tech course across six specialisations. These are Computer Science & Engineering, Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Vehicle Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Mechatronics. Admission to all the M.Tech courses is through GATE followed by COAP counselling.

After getting a PG degree in MTech, students can become Electronics and Communication Engineer, Researcher, Production Engineer, etc. Candidates with a M.Tech degree can easily get a job in almost all the sectors in India. Some of the top companies that recruit MTec graduates are Google, Morgan Stanley, Apple, Microsoft, etc.

For admission to IIT Bhilai MTech course, students are admitted through a valid GATE score. As per the selection process, candidates must pass graduation with BTech from a recognised board. Further, candidates need to appear for GATE entrance exams and get a qualifying score to get shortlisted for the course. Later on, the final seat allotment is done through COAP Counselling session. Students who are graduated from IIT are exempted from the GATE entrance score requirement.

Note: For MTech, the qualifying candidates have to further apply for COAP and then apply on the official website of IIT Bhilai to proceed to confirm their admis
