Yes, a B.Tech. in Information Technology has a better placement rate than a B.E. in Civil Engineering at Thiagarajar College of Engineering.
top companies come to recruit students from this institute and they are mostly from information technology backgrounds, which increases the chances of those students getting selected.
although there are several opportunities for B.E students as well which benefit them and get them placed in good companies.

After the cutoff date of January 2022, to the best of my knowledge, I do not have access to the most recent employment statistics for Thiagarajar College of Engineering. The most recent information on which firms are actively recruiting from the school can only be obtained by consulting the college's placement cell or official placement reports, as the top recruiters for a certain college may vary from year to year.
I would advise getting in touch with the college's placement cell, looking through their official placement reports, or getting in touch with current students or alumni for the most up-to-date information on campus placement

The minimum percentile required for securing a seat at Jamia Hamdard for the general category is 80+. For the B.Tech CSE course, the cut-off for the general category was 95 and for the OBC category, it was 85%. For the CSE branch, it would be better to target 97-98 percentile.

The counselling was conducted in two rounds.The Academic Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) has successfully conducted the GUJCET counselling 2023 from May 2 to August 6. Yes, candidates who have not qualify COMEDK UGET can still apply for NIE Mysore admission to BE course. Aspirants can join NIE Mysore through KCET or JEE Main scores. The institute also has reserved some seats under the Management Quota (MQ).
