Authorities will not be responsible for any candidate's travel and accommodation if Assam CEE centre is not located in their city. They will have to make their own arrangements for travel and accommodation during examination. Candidates are advised to visit centre before examination date to become familiar with route and to avoid getting lost.

Yes, after securing 84 Percentile in JEE Main, having SC Category Advantage, you have fair chances of securing a seat in one of the Good NITs as well as probably your Home State NIT.

You have a very good rank in JEE Mains. You can easily get NIT or IIITs all over the India like NIT Srinagar, NIT Nagaland, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya Haridwar, etc. In CE, ME, Chemical engineering, EEE ( if you are of General category) in round 2. If you belongs to any other categories ( like OBC, SC, ST ), then you can get much better NITs than above as you desired. So, I hope I'm able to help you.
Best of luck.
