Yes, you can get admission in DAV University Jalandhar with 61% marks in 12 th CBSE For B tech in CSE. But you will have to pass their entrance test and yes with these marks you are not eligible for the scholarship.

The application form of GUJCET 2023 is closed now. GSEB releases GUJCET application form online on the official website gseb.org. To fill the application form, candidates need to register on the website, fill detailed application form, upload documents which include photo, signature, category certificate (if applicable) and pay the application fees. Candidates need not send the printout of application form to GSEB.

GUJCET is conducted for two courses (BTech and BPharma) and the syllabus is different for each course. The syllabus of GUJCET Paper 1 (BE/BTech) includes class 11 and 12 Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics topics. For GUJCET paper 2 (BPharma), the syllabus consists of Biology, Physics and Chemistry. Candidates can check and download the detailed topics-wise GUJCET syllabus on the Shiksha page as well as on the official website gseb.org.

For admission to undergraduate engineering and pharmacy programmes in the state of Gujarat, the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) administers the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET). Candidates are assigned seats based on their GUJCET results and placement on the merit list.

As per the GUJCET eligibility criteria released by the GSEB, Candidates must be of minimum 17-year age. Candidates of any age above 17 can apply and appear in the GUJCETs exam. Also, candidate must have passed class 12 or appearing in class 12 at the time of appearing in GUJCET exam.

Hello dear,

According to the NIRF report 2023, a total of 729 out of 797 BTech and M.Tech students were placed during Gandhi Engineering College Bhubaneswar placement 2022. The median package offered to BTech and M.Tech students was INR 5 LPA and INR 4.98 LPA during placements 2022.

The candidate must be an Indian and should have a Gujarat domicile. The candidates should have passed or appeared for Class 12 or equivalent. Candidates should have a Gujarat domicile. As per the reservation policy of GUJCET set by GSEB, the following criteria is followed

  • Defence Personnel and Ex-Servicemen – 1%,
  • PWD – 5%,
  • SC – 7%,
  • ST – 15%,
  • EWS – 10%,
  • Socially and Educationally Backward Classes, including widows and orphan of any caste – 27%.
