Based on your rank of 231 in ECET and your category (OC - EWS) based on previous years’ allotment of seats, it seems that you have a good chance of getting a seat even with a high rank if you belong to the EWS category.

Thank You

Yes, you are eligible for veterinary seats. However, I cannot say for sure but you have high chances of getting seats in a government college. You can check the cutoffs for veterinary colleges in Andhra Pradesh to get an idea of the rank required to get a seat in a government college. Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati is one of the public/government colleges that offers B.V.Sc. Animal Husbandry course in Andhra Pradesh.

Yes, you can be qualified for admission to the B.Tech. in computer Science with a 55% grade point average. However, since the majority of admissions are based on entrance exam results1, you will need to take the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) to be considered for admission. Don't worry; if you do well on the JEE, you might be able to enrol in a computer Science programme, however it also depends on the college you wish to attend.

Yes, Gandhi Engineering College (GEC) offers admission to foreign students. However, the admission process for foreign students is different from that of Indian students. The college has a separate admission process for international students, and they need to fulfill certain eligibility criteria. The admission process for foreign students may involve additional steps such as obtaining a student visa, submitting English proficiency test scores, and providing proof of financial support.
