Sorry to tell you, but Bachelor degree is only applicable after 12th qualification. So, either right now you can do Diploma or re-write the exam. Then, applying for some good private institution. Also, if you really admire to get into good engineering colleges like IIT, NITs. Go hustle for it. Nothing is impossible.

Similarly, for Anglo Eastern Maritime Academy, you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 65% in PCM in your 10+2 or equivalent exam.  Similarly, other companies generally require you to score within 50-60% in your 10+2 or equivalent exam for admission to this programme. You do not need to worry about the fact that you appeared the improvement exam, because the improved marksheet will be considered for your admission. The age limit for this programme ranges from 17.5 to 25 years.

YES! You may be eligible for government colleges. But obtaining a scholarship is difficult. Since you will be sent to a college based on your rank and counseling after passing the IMU CET. You might be eligible for MTI if your rank is high enough. From then, Shipping Corporation of India will sponsor you. On the other hand, obtaining sponsorship on your own is nearly impossible if you attend a college where no businesses are present.

It is very difficult to get CSE in IIIT with that given rank and EWS rank is also quite high.
