IIITs are meant for Computer studies. So studying computer Science from a IIIT is much appreciated. Regarding IIIT Bhubaneswar, its a college of national importance. It is a new college but it is gaining its popularity each passing year. Getting a CSE degree from a IIIT is good enough. One thing to note down is that it has a small but well maintained campus located far from the Bhubaneswar city. So if one is planning to go to a fancy engineering college with huge campus and lots of facilities then certainly this college is not meant for you.
