Yes you will get any admission in computer engineering. For getting admission in engineering it doesn't not matter whether you have computer subject in class 12th or not . For getting admission in engineering your JEE advance or JEE main rank matters.

No, it won't have any impact on your engineering whatsoever. It just makes learning any coding language easier if you studied computer Science or IT in your 12th grade because you already know the fundamentals from school.

Mostly companies have minimum 12 th score criteria that is minimum 75% for seating in their placement round. Focus more on coding. Give your maximum time to DSA then some technologies like ML, Web Dev or App dev. Companies judge you and select on the basis of coding rounds and technologies which you have learned and made projects on.

Your B.Tech CGPA is good, so you will eligible to sit in company placement round but some companies ask for minimum 70% to sit their placement round. Focus on DSA as companies judge you and offer you placement on the basis of coding round if you clear the coding round then only you can get into next round that is mostly interview round.
