I think for the rank you got the seat may not be available in the good colleges and in case of CSE department the rank should be low to get the seat in good college. But the category you belong to will be also matters in the allotment of the seats in the college. For the rank you got and the category you belong to will taken into consideration. You can get the colleges list by the college predictor by your rank in the Shiksha website. Where you can know all the details of the colleges and allotment of seats in the colleges and the last year cutoffs. So that you can easily understand you can get the seat in college for the rank you got.

If you are from general category then it is very difficult to get admission in dtu with 77 percentile.

If you are from general category, then there is low chance that you get a decent btech stream but you will not get CSE, IT or mechanical branch

The college predictor is available in the Shiksha website in which you can get the list of college's for the rank you got. The college predictor will be somewhat accurate and it gives you the list if colleges with the last year cutoff marks. The college predictor will take your details like your rank and for which category you belong to. The seat allotment will be also based on the rank and the category wise.

It will be really tough for you to get admission into core branches of DTU but there's a slight chance of getting biotechnology and electrical engineering.
