If the candidates are unable to download their WBJEE admit card from the official download link, then they are firstly advised to check their internet connection. If there is no problem in the internet connection, then the candidates are advised to log out from the official website and try to log in again. If the problem still persists, the candidates should immediately contact the helpdesk at WB Board. Any issues related to the admit card should be solved immediately as it is an important document that will be required during the examination.

No. Once the WBJEE registration and form correction process ends, no request to change the WBJEE exam centre will be entertained by the board. The authorities allot exam centres as per the preferences that are provided in the WBJEE application form. Therefore, the candidates are advised to be careful while selecting their preferred exam centre in the application form. Since it is important for the candidates to be familiar with the exam centres, they are advised to go to their respective centre a day before to be familiar with the route.
