The entrance exam for B.Tech in UP government colleges is conducted by the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) every year. UPSEE is a state-level entrance examination conducted by the Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in colleges affiliated with AKTU. The UPSEE exam is usually held in the month of April or May, and the application process begins in January or February. The exam is conducted in online mode and consists of multiple-choice questions from subjects such as Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
