Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. You have scored good in your JEE Mains exam, and as per the official notification, your general rank is about 75 thousand and since it is hard to estimate the obc category rank to know the cutoffs for NITs. But as an obc candidate you need atleast 88 percentile to get into NITs.
100 out of 300 will be considered average for JEE Mains for an OBC candidate in JEE Mains. You will not get a seat in any NITs but will surely be eligible to give the JEE advance exam. If you target for getting into an NIT than try harder. 150 might just do the job. So, better target 150+. Hope it helps.

GATE is not necessarily required for M.Tech. Admissions in India. Candidates can take admission for M.Tech. In civil engineering without GATE scores too. If you don't have GATE scores, you cam aim to apply for M.Tech. Courses in private academic institutions in the country or seek study abroad opportunities as well. IITs and NITs have a provision for direct admission in M.Tech. Courses without the requirement of the GATE exam.
