If you have enough money than go for private college. Anyone government college like IIts, NIT and ITs are the best college. So government coolege are the best for engineer student.

It depend on number of seats available in the university. For around 500 seats it is tough to get seat in GBPUAT but there are chances some seats are left or you have chances as woman candidate. Also there are good engineering colleges you can try like LPU/ good private engineering colleges nearby. You should also try to search some good private engineering colleges with good ROI. Near the GBPUAT you can search about Amrapali/ Graphic Era etc. Also you can take a break of 1 year and target some reputed colleges with good efforts. Best wishes.
