It depends on the specific specialisation. While the main BE in Computer Science and Engineering branch at Sapthagiri College of Engineering closed at 66,750, you might have a better chance in Data Science or Electronics and Communication, which had similar or slightly higher closing ranks.

Students have the choice to submit scores of either MHT-CET or JEE (Main) entrance exam for BTech admission in HSNC University. So JEE (Main) score is not compulsory for HSNC University BTech admission. If a student does not have a valid score in either MHT-CET as well JEE (Main), then they have to appear for H-TCET which is conducted by HSNC University subject to available BTech seats.

As per most students who opt for Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), the toughest engineering subjects in this branch of engineering are -

  1. Electromagnetic Field Theory (EMFT)
  2. Signals and Systems
  3. Digital Signal Processing (DSP)
  4. Analog/VLSI Circuits
  5. Communication Sytems

Along with these, the high concentration of difficult Maths problems integrated into one or more of these subjects adds to the difficulty.
