Yes he can. But u need to take permission from both colleges at the same time.

You should apply for post graduation entrance exams like GATE. And select automobile engineering as your gate paper.

Yes they can Apply. There is separate entrance test for this available. Also u can get direct admission to few colleges if vacant seats are available there.

Yes, you can apply. You need to have 60% marks through out.

Hello Altamash, A.M.E. Is a course that leads one to get degree of B.Sc. And qualification to obtain licence from DGCA to work on aircraft. FAA is not at all necessary. Best wishes to you.
