You will have to check with the university where you are interested in taking admission. At times the university allows admission for grade improvement. However, you should first reconfirm. This is because if you seek admission in some other university, than you will require migration certificate from your old university. Thank you.

For master's in eco u need Bachelor's in eco so it would be difficult to get admissions. Ignou take admissions with any Bachelor's degree so you must check with the university you wish to apply.

Hi Priya,
I'm assuming that you're asking this question to get an admission in Delhi University. If yes or no, physical education is not considered as an academic subject or main subject to be counted for admission. It is always taken as an optional one.
You'll have to keep the other four main subjects (inclusive of a language subject) in the academic percentage calculation on the basis of which you can get admission in any of the colleges.
