Eternal University selects candidates for CSE based on JEE (Main) with 15% marks for general category and 10% marks for reserved category or HPCET with 20% marks for general category and 15% marks for reserved category. For CSE admission, the university conducts an entrance exam. Besides, aspirants must also meet the eligibility requirement for admission to BTech course.

Eternal University BA Hons admissions are entirely merit-based for both the Music and Humanities specialisations and candidates seeking admission to BA programme must meet the Eternal University BA Hons eligibility criteria.
