Ethics are important in Journalism because they create guidelines for journalists to follow that help people from feeling unequal or outcasted. They're also important in making sure that media stays true and further helps journalists maintain a sense of equality.

Hello,
Bachelor of Computer Application is a regular three years course that is offered by many colleges in almost every city of India. This course is of course approved by the concerned universities in its content. There is also a system in place in each university to review and change the syllabus as per the requirement. At some places it's divided into six semesters while in some cases annual pattern is still followed. On the other hand "ethical hacker's course" is offered by dozens of computer learning that have mushroomed everywhere. I am not sure about the Diploma but NLSIU regularly conducts certificate course in Medical Law and Ethics. Refer to distance education department website for more details. (http://ded.nls.ac.in/).
