If you have backlog in 5th semester of your Bachelor examination it's very difficult to get admission for PG courses as one needs to complete their Bachelor degree first for applying to any post graduate courses
But they are some institutions which provide a chance to students with backlog.

Students can check their TS SSC supplementary result using their roll number, roll code. They can also check their TS Class 10 supplementary result via SMS, DigiLocker. Students must note that the TS SSC result released online is provisional. They will need to collect the original mark sheet from their schools respectively.

When you clear a backlog, the new grade obtained in that subject is used in the SGPA calculation, replacing the previous failing grade. This can lead to an improvement in your overall semester grade average. So it doesn't impact your career.

Students had until June 15, 2024 to apply for the class 12th CBSE 2024 compartment exam. Applications through the online portal remained open for students who paid a late fee of INR 2000 from June 15 to June 17, 2024. The compartment exam took place on July 15, 2024 and the August 2, 2024 date became final for result announcements. Students who failed to obtain higher than 33% marks on subject exams (with practical segments) in 2024 board exams could participate in the compartment exam.

The board released the PSEB 10th supplementary date sheet in June 2025. The date sheet is released on the official website. The PSEB 10th supplementary exams 2025 were held in August 2025 in pen and paper format.
