Hello,
I hope you are doing well. You can check the list of colleges including NITs and IIITs that you can get according to your marks and rank. Use Shiksha JEE college predictor:

Hello,
I hope you are doing well. You need to follow NCERT syllabus for IIT-JEE because this exam comes under the NCERT. For physics you may go for HC Verma, maths by Agrawal and chemistry by NCERT.

Hello,
I hope you are doing well. Yes defiantly you can prepare for IIT-JEE examination along with your 12th board. So you need time management and allocation for each and every subject you are studying. Do allocate some time for 12th preparation and then allocate some time for JEE Mains and Advance

Yes, you may go for MBA after completing B.Des.
There is no such barrier. Only you need a graduation degree for applying for MBA course. It provides the much needed boost to your career. You need a valid CAT or GMAT score for getting admission in any reputed college for MBA.

Hi MC,
It depends on the cutoff but you should be pass in each subject as if any of them is left failed then you would not be eligible for qualifying the paper.
