Yes, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill accepts IELTS exam as a part of English language requirement. IELTS Writing section is for a total of 60 minutes wherein you need to complete 2 writing tasks.

For admission to the MBA course at the School of Agribusiness and Rural Management, students need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place.
