Yes, you can get the top colleges of UPTU. But try in every round of counselling process. I am sure that you can get any of these colleges:
AKG, Ghaziabad
ABES, Ghaziabad
IMS, Ghaziabad
RKGIT.

Yes, you stand a slight chance of getting admission for MMS prgram. I would suggest you go for PGDM as there are better chances of you getting converted. The process for PGDM has already begun.

IIHM eCHAT result will be declared on the official website of the exam once the online test and GDPI rounds are conducted. IIHM eCHAT 2018 result is expected to be declared in May. Candidates can check their IIHM eCHAT result by clicking on the Result link and thereby entering their registration
