The syllabus will be same as of JEE Mains. There might be some small changes. Also the difficulty level of exam is not that much high.

It depends on which category you belong to. If you belong to SC/ST/PWD, you are eligible for advance. But if you are from general or OBC category, then you cannot give the exam of JEE Advance.

To appear in NET/SET, you must either be in the final year of your post-graduation degree or must have qualified it already. So, you can appear in the exam when you'll be in the final year of M.Sc. Degree. As you belong to Science stream, I'd advise you to go for CSIR NET Exam https://www.eduncle.co
