It belong to which categories you belong to. And if you don't belong to CRL or OC categorize, you can get the seat easily there.

I think, its better to prefer EMCET rank and join in a good college and don't take any long-term coaching as its waste of time.

Yes, you will get admission in CSE but in second category because CSE score rank closes in 6000-7000 rank.Let me explain you the admission system here. Rank in VIT to get admission should be 90,000, so you can get admission in VIT from the 6th category as well. There are various categories as well.

Even though you scored 119 marks in paper 1 in JEE Mains, you have to get a good rank in the paper 2 in JEE Mains in order to get seat. But, I think you can get a seat in VNIT.

You should choose civil or biotech or electronics engineering if you want admission in phase one.
