I've scored 63% in 12th & appeared for paper-2 of JEE, is there any possibility to get admission in any of NITs being from general category?

Yes, you can get into DU for your preferred course through entrance exam. I am not familiar with the cutoffs for entrance exam. So, I would recommend you to check the official website of Delhi University and the view it yourself according to your convenience. The link for the official website of DU

21 is the age limit for Masters and 18+ for Bachelor's.

No, it is not possible to Get BDS admission in a Private College with qualifying in NEET. Even if private colleges gives admission, The Dental Council of India will not accept your degree and you will not be eligible to practice in India.
