When do I have to apply to colleges if I am writing CAT 2018? Do I have to apply for exams or after exams?

After you have submitted your CAT application form, there is no need to apply for the IIMs separately. But for the private colleges offering MBA, you have to separately apply for each of them. Except for the IIMs you need to apply for each of the colleges separately.
