No, GATE is not a compulsory entrance exam for PhD admissions at IIT Hyderabad. However, every department of IIT Hyderabad has a separate eligibility and selection criteria for their offered PhD courses.

In some departments, candidates are required to appear for the GATE in order to be eligible for IIT Hyderabad PhD admissions.

75% marks are not needed to be eligible for the JEE Mains exam. However, 75% marks in class 12 are mandatory for admission to the IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs.

The GPAT exam is generally of easy to moderate level in terms of difficulty. In the past few years, the GPAT question paper has been of moderate level. The exam includes application-based as well as numerical-based questions, especially in these areas-

No, College of Engineering Guindy does not accept the JEE Main entrance examination results for admission to various BTech course specialisations. Instead, the institute accepts the TNEA exam and its counselling process for admission.

Admission to the PGDM programme at Vignana Jyothi Institute of Management Hyderabad generally requires valid entrance exam score like CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA or GMAT along with minimum of 50% in graduation. While entrance scores are standard candidates with high academic merit might inquire about direct admission options but an entrance exam is typical requirement.
