Most MBA programs ask for TOEFL iBT 90 to 105. Top B-schools like Harvard, Wharton, INSEAD ask for 100 or higher.

This is a very subjective question and the answer may vary per applicant. Those who have a good command over the English language can be more confident for this section. While those who are not very confident about the language and the rules may falter a bit. But with enough practice and a good preparation strategy it will be a cakewalk to ace this section like a pro!

Yes, for most English-taught degrees. You need to show English language proof, and TOEFL iBT is commonly accepted. The score needed depends on the university and program.

Some programs may ask for minimum scores in each TOEFL section. The TOEFL section wise requirements is 20 or more in Reading, Listening, Speaking, Writing, but not always. Check with the programme page.

Not all universities in Germany mandate the TOEFL requirements. Some schools accept other tests like IELTS or even English-medium education proof. But many German public universities and top programs still ask for TOEFL iBT.
