You have to meet the following basic eligibility requirements to sit for the CPC Exam under AAPC:
- Education: You need a high school Diploma or an equivalent qualification (GED).
- Experience: Two years of medical coding work experience is recommended, yet it is not necessary. If you do not have such experience, you are free to take the exam and receive the designation of CPC-A (Apprentice) until proven two years of coding experience that you have acquired.
- AAPC membership: Membership in AAPC is a prerequisite for registering for the exam.

Yes. The Georgia Institute of Technology accepts IELTS scres as a proof of English language proficiency. The university also accepts test scores like TOEFL, and PTE as a part of mandatory admission requirement of providing English language test scores. Below are the cutoffs for each test:

It is same process. Go to the ETS website and create your account. When you select the test center, just choose the option for Home Edition. Make sure your computer and internet speed is good before paying the fee.
